Digital Service Disclaimer

All services provided by Sibi Va LLC are digital, custom, and delivered virtually through online platforms. Because these services are personalized and intangible, they are not eligible for return once delivered or accessed.

Refunds

We aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience. However, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed coaching sessions

• Accessed or downloaded strategy guides or digital content

• In-game advisory services that have already been delivered

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• A technical error or platform issue prevented session delivery

• You were charged in error

• The service was not delivered as described

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving issues fairly. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full credit toward a future session.

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered used and not eligible for credit or refund.

• If your assigned coach is unavailable or late, we will reschedule or issue a session credit at no additional charge.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Review service descriptions before purchasing

• Ensure a stable internet connection and access to necessary platforms

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
